What was built
Tintly is a real car tint and auto detailing shop, and this build gave it something most local auto shops never get: a single place where every conversation lands, no matter where it starts. The homepage answers the questions a shop like this actually gets asked, then routes the visitor straight into a messaging system built for the business, not bolted onto it.
The core of the build is unifying every inbound channel: phone calls, SMS, Facebook, and Instagram all land in one inbox. An AI auto-responder covers replies around the clock, and calls get automatically transcribed, so nothing said on the phone gets lost the moment the call ends.
